Voters will decide whether or not the city should tax property owners who keep nonexempt residential units in the City of South Lake Tahoe vacant more than 182 days/year, $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 annually until ended by voters, to be used only for housing, roadworks, transit, and administrative and legal costs, with administration overseen by oversight committee.
