Mandan residents will have the opportunity to vote on a half-cent sales tax that will help fund City Hall accessibility, Public Safety, and Public Transportation needs. 2/10ths of a cent will be dedicated to Bis-Man Transit, providing reliable service for disabled, elderly, and socio-economically challenged residents.
