Metro councilman files measure to open debate on Amp funding

Nashville Metro Councilman Charlie Tygardhas filed legislation that would increase Metro's sales and use tax, as well as fees on motor vehicle tags, in an attempt to start a debate on funding sources for Mayor Karl Dean's proposed Amp bus rapid-transit system.
