ELYRIA — Everyone needs to travel, but not everyone can drive.
State legislators aren’t getting that message, public transportation advocates said at a Thursday forum on improving Lorain County’s stalled transit system. Speakers said the Legislature is leaving the elderly, disabled and poor stranded.
