Six communities (Kalamazoo, Portage, Parchment, Kalamazoo Township, Comstock, Oshtemo) will vote on a transit property tax millage of 0.75 mills for five years to maintain and expand transit service under the new Central County Transportation Authority (CCTA). If the measure is passed, voters will be paying 1.15 mills until the current 0.4 mill expires next year.
