The 2011 TIC conference was held in St. Louis, MO from June 20 - June 22 at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark hotel.

TIC is designed to bring together transit agencies, local officials, transportation supporters, advocates, and ballot measure campaign professionals to share the latest information on transportation ballot measures.Ballot measures have become an integral part of transportation finance. This is the only national conference devoted to understanding the role of ballot measures in improving transportation choices and investment, and providing advice on how to achieve success at the ballot box.

The TIC Conference features leading national transportation experts, seasoned campaign professionals, and many opportunities for interaction and dialogue. Plenary sessions provide a broad view of the environment in which transportation advocates will be spreading their message and reaching out to voters. Concurrent sessions were offered in two tracks: Organizing Campaigns and Building Coalitions. For attendees with a ballot measure in the works, the Campaign track covered essential tactics for a successful campaign. The Coalition track was designed for attendees that are still garnering support within their communities for transit investment and improvement.
